Blueberry 'Playdate' Coffee Cake

I make this coffee cake for play dates at our house. Kids and Moms all love it and it's a cinch to put together.

ELAINE'S UPSIDE COFFEE CAKE

IN 9X13 PAN (UNGREASED) LAY 1 PAKAGE ROLLS
MIX: cream cheese, splenda, sugar, egg yolk, and extract and put on top off rolls
Place 2nd roll of crescent roll on top of cream cheese mixture.
BEAT: egg white until foamy, pour on top and spread.
COMBINE: 1/4-1/2c sugar, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg and dash cloves and sprinkle on top
PLACE IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT
BAKE: 375 for 32 min (the next am)
