I can't take credit for this recipe, as it is originally from Weight Watchers Simply Delicious cookbook. I changed it slightly in that I use boneless/skinless chicken breast in favor of a bone-in variety. Personally, I prefer a little less vinegar and a tad more mustard, but you can play around with the recipe to your taste preference.

South beach super charged recipe. Easy and good! Serving amount will vary depending on the number of breasts in a package. The last time I made this I only got three servings. I also added a can og no-salt diced tomatoes before I put it in the oven, helps keep the ckicken moist.
