Plain white flour (UK), 150 g (1 cup = 120, 30g for sprinkling)
*Edmonds Wholemeal Flour, 140 grams
Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
Olive Oil, 3.5 tsp (use 2.5 in mix, 1 to drizzle)
