Cookbook creator says: In my efforts to reduce gluten in my diet, I will try this with cauliflower or sweet potato, instead of the bread, and will report back. One thought for the low grain crowd: Make the burgers slider-sized and use slices of roasted turnip for the "bun".

Cookbook creator says: This sounds good, and I need another use for my new mandoline (which I used to think was a musical instrument, but just leave off the "e"). Maybe some oregano flakes in there, too. Ground sea salt instead of regular.
