Breakfast
I love breakfast. It is truly the most important meal of the day. If I miss breakfast, I have no energy to do the things I needed to that day. Breakfast is wonderful, don't miss it!

Adapted from a recipe seen on 101 Cookbooks, this is a spectacular, powerful boost to your morning whether you serve it warm or chill it down for a midday "pudding". I almost always bake a double batch of whatever since I don't like using the energy of the oven for just a single batch. I modified a recipe that I had seen to make it a double batch, I also decided to make it a "little healthier" by adding some oatmeal, replacing some of the margarinr with applesauce and using some borwn sugar in place of more processed white sugar. They turned out great, So I thought I'd share! Submitted by CMONTO4342 Carbs: 27g | Fat: 2.9g | Fiber: 1g | Protein: 2.5g | Calories: 135.5
