This is a slighly healthier version of the classic oatmeal cookie. I do not care for raisins as in traditional oatmeal cookies. This recipe will work the same adding 1 cup of raisins.

Easy to do. Cheap ingredients. Just throw all ingredients in Crock Pot. Mix Well, and let it cook for 6 hours.

This is from Deceptively Delicious. I made a few changes. My son can't have dairy so I eliminated the 1/2 cup of plain yogurt. And I felt that the chicken was enough protein and calories, so I also eliminated 2 egg whites (boiled).
