While this might be a little high carb for Induction, this is still a delicious recipe for low-carbers. It is high protein and has a healthy dose of potassium. I like to add some heavy cream at the end, but if you are trying to reduce calories you can omit it.

I saw this recipe on a low carb show a while back. I like it because it really cuts back on the carbs of real rice and you can add an egg roll from your local chinese place for a quick meal.

This is a great and healthy low carb alternative to the fried mongolian beef that you would usually get. You can eat it with lettuce leaves or serve with brown rice.
