Instant coffee in the batter intensifies the chocolate flavor. Beating the sugar and eggs together gives the baked brownies a crackly surface.

This fudge is super quick and easy, it can be made with any flavor combination you choose (chocolate mint, peanut butter, anything) but this is my favorite. The chocolate melts best in a double boiler but can be melted in the microwave if needed.

*I am SO SO sorry! My "36 Calorie Chocolate Chip Cookie" is really 43 calories! I accidentally clicked my bread instead of a different ingredient. That would be a funny cookie! I cant figure out how to take it down, but if you know, please email me! Thanks.

A super snack with a half the calories of 100 Calorie Packs. A life saver when my sweet tooth comes around! A Modified version of the 65 Calorie Cookie by PRINCESS.HUNTER, this recipe has splenda instead of sugar (which you really can't taste) and whole wheat flour instead of white(again, the chocolate flavor drowns out anything else)

These brownies have a few secret ingredients that boost the nutrition, while the dark cocoa powder and mini chocolate chips keep the rich flavor that you crave in a brownie.
