These are certainly not low-cal, nor low fat. But they have lots of good fats and are very filling. I like to cut a bar in half, and eat one half before working out, and the other half after. This recipe comes from Gluten Free Gobsmacked (http://glutenfree.wordpress.com/2008/02/18/gf-peanut-butter-granola-bar/)Submitted by GRRLSCOUT224
This is a great recipe for spaghetti or pasta. It is quite tollerant and can be handled and boiled in the same way as wheat flour pasta. It needs a little patience and time to prepare but when you have made it a couple of times its needs become apparent.
It can be dried to use at a later stage, it can be cut into any shape or it can be cooked and eaten straight away... just like wheat pasta!
Make your own fresh vegetable broth, fantastic to use for the tomato, lentils, onion soup's recipe, or to use in any occasion or recipe, can substitute chicken broth, or only add protein powder for an energy drink. It can also be used as a soup base, just add your favorite cereal flakes and/or fresh sprouts.
