This recipe came from the Weight Watchers Complete Cookbook. The book says 4pts, although I changed the recipe slightly.
*I marinated my steak a few hours before & did so cold. The originally recipes calls for creating the marinade, boil for 5minutes, cool completely, then adding the steak for 30minutes. Up to you how you want that part done.Submitted by STINASTEW

Found this on the WW website. I tweaked it just a hair and added a tiny bit of shredded chicken breast. Taste amazing even omitting the chicken as they recommend. I will sometimes cook the chicken in taco seasoning and shred to add flavor.Submitted by CASIEJ11
