This is a recipe from my cousin, it is NOT reduced fat in any way. To easily reduce the amount of fat and calories, try using low fat cream cheese, salad dressing, and shredded cheese. Also consider using greek yogurt to substitute the cream cheese. Making these adjustments would considerably lower the calorie content.

**NOTE: Calories do NOT include dipping items ate with it. Calories are solely for the dip.
