Super healthy, really easy flaxmeal-based muffin that bakes in a minute. Got it from the Atkins online forum but it's a balanced, filling, start to anyone's morning with Omega 3, lots of fiber, whole grain carbs, and protein. I have with cottage cheese and cucumber.Submitted by BIRDSARAH
