These are really low in fat and carbs and can be served in a bun or with a salad. Very tasty.Will spread if you use the George Foreman Grill, normal skillet is fine.

This is just a random Chili that I made. Chipotle peppers are better than jalapenos (one can is good). Through it all in a slow cooker on high, and let it go for 8 hours or so.
