Cookbook creator says: Very good! I made this using the cake mix, canned pumpkin, 1/4 cup water, and 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla. I baked at 350 for 30 minutes. A delicious non-dairy ice cream without the food additives found in commercial ice creams. Unfortunately high in calories. Best to use only a little (perhaps a half serving) to top berries or fruit.
