Lots of protein, packed with calcium, vitamins and minerals. Use any veggies you like. Sodium probably a little lower than the calc. because you don't actually eat all of it - some is drained away in the marindade.

I have been making this soup for a couple of years now and it's one of mine and my husbands favorites!
It is a little high in the sodium department, but that is from the miso--I have yet to come accross a low sodium miso.
