Breakfast time is crazy in our house. This smoothie has 1 serving of veggies and 3 servings of fruit. It's loaded in fiber and protein and is the perfect way to start a day.

break up the Kale into bite size chunks. Place in a cookie sheet with olive oil drizzled over the top. Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over it and bake at 350 for 15 min or so. Even my 2 year old loves it.

The nutritious salad embraces the concept of food synergy very well. When all three B vitamins(6, 12, folic acid) are eaten together they offer greater protection against heart disease.
