These are recipes that I've collected. I'm going to try to keep these Gastric Bypass friendly. I've added some notes in the cookbook, to describe changes that I would make to make these more gastric bypass friendly. This is a work in progress. :)

I love this stew! It is so easy and leaves me feeling satisfied. I use 3/4 cup as a serving. If it is too spicy for you, substitute a can of diced tomatoes for one of the diced tomatoes w/chilies.

Cookbook creator says: Make this healthier by substituting reduced fat soup, and low fat cheese. This has quite a bit of carbs due to the rice, so it's not something I'd eat on a regular basis.
