This salad takes a little time, but is so beautiful with it's display of green and red. Not only is it beautiful, it's delicious. This could be used as a dessert, as well.

This is similar to lasagna in that it's layered and has similar ingredients. It's low in fat and is meatless/vegetarian. Quite yummy and is easy to prepare.

This thick green smoothie is flavorful, thick, creamy & nutritious. I used a few ingredients that probably aren't true to making a smoothie (jams, for example), but it was what I had available.
I love bananas, if I eat them, I'm NOT a fan of things flavored to taste like banana...wierd...I know. So I created this with the focus of still having a nutritious drink without the banana.
