A simple pancake that is easy to prepare and to cook
Galettes keep for at least a week in the fridge but wrap them in foil or clingfilm so they do not dry out. Can also be frozen.

This is suitable in all phases on the Dukan diet. I make it to use up my egg yolks. Be aware that one serve contains 2 egg yolks - so not an everyday treat.

Oat Bran Crusted Cheesecake. Suitable for PP, PV. This recipe is based on a two tablespoon Oat Bran Allowance, if you are on Attack you have to adapt 1.4 tbsp Oat Bran Allowance per serving. So please modify the water accordingly.

Making jerky is cheap, simple, and fun! This recipe is low in sodium (for jerky) and really delicious. You don't need to worry about any additives or eating a silicate packet, like with store bought jerky. Plus, this recipe is over 50% cheaper than the stuff at your grocery store! I hear you can use flank steak instead of london broil but have yet to try it. Enjoy!!
