Traditional-type meatloaf recipe but we add in vegetable pulp from our juicer to make the loaf healthier and use up the leftover "waste" from juicing. You could also just chop veggies real fine to add in if you do not have juicer/leftover pulp. Your nutritional info will vary depending on how much and what kind of veggies you use.

*follow all instructions and guidelines given with your juicer if you do add in pulp
