I got this from a Betty Crocker's Cookbook for Women - I loved that this Alfredo sauce was not as heavy and had more flavor than others I tried.

I got this recipe from Robin Miller and cut it in (almost)half - so quick and easy to make yet looks like it took a long time to prepare. Serve over rice or noodles.

I think I got this from an old Bisquick box - I have tried other recipes for this but this is always my husband's and my favorite. It tastes great and is super quick and easy to make.

This is a healthier version of the Cowboy Pockets that my mother and I love. We both came up with the recipe and think it is just as good as the original (and better for you by far!)

I do not know why but my husband loves this sauce - it makes a really quick and easy meal with a frozen bag of tortellini. I modified this from a recipe I found in a Quick Cooking/Taste of Home 2005 Cookbook).

I have never enjoyed pancake's until my husband made his mother's recipe. These are SO fluffy and delicious that even though they are a bit high in calories - they are worth it every few months or so. This recipe makes 9 large 7" diameter pancakes - or a bunch of smaller ones (then the calorie count would be much less).

My mother made this soup and I loved it - I do not make it so much anymore due to the calorie count. I'm working on finding some substitutions to keep the taste and texture but lower the calorie count.
