I found this recipe online through Pillsbury. I used reduced fat yogurt and sour cream, but you can save more calories if you use fat free.

Change of pace from the traditional breaded chicken! The yogurt keeps the chicken moist while the Panko bread crumbs add the texture and crunch we all crave! I am a garlic lover, so if you don't like strong garlic taste reduce the amount of garlic or eliminate completely and use only the Ms. Dash. Hope you enjoy!

Combine 3 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt; 1/2 teaspoon mustard; 1 teaspoon low-fat mayonnaise; 2 tablespoons chopped celery; 1/2 medium carrot, chopped; 1 tablespoon chopped parsley; and 1 tablespoon chopped chives. Toss with 1 cup chopped cooked chicken. Whisk together 1 cup sliced cucumber, a pinch salt, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 2 tablespoons white vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon canola oil, and 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill. Serve cucumber salad with chicken salad over 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce.

I love this curry chicken salad. I used greek yogurt instead of mayo; i did add one tablespoon of light mayo for taste. Add almonds or walnuts and grapes or cranberries and you have a yummy chicken salad! I served in a half a whole grain pita with lettuce and tomatoes.

Very moist and savory chicken with ritz cracker topping and greek yogurt (which you will never taste). Easy to make and eat. Kid friendly, smells really good in your house! Was surprised to see that a lot of ritz cracker chicken recipes add cheese (which I like as well) and do not use light butter or mix the butter with crackers before applying them. So here is my family's take.
