Sweet potatoes and bananas combine to make a flavorful low fat custard.
I stole this recipe from memebr MrsMohr.... she was on vacation and I wanted to add all the stuff together, so this is hers!! It is the only mashed cauliflower recipe I actually love!

Cut up celery and onion. If shrimp are raw, cook until pink , sprinkle a little old bay seasoning to taste. Cook orzo pasta by box directions. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
