Cookbook creator says: Have to make very small balls to get 48. Otherwise, they are 100 calories each for total ofr 24 cookies. Someone suggested trying all whole wheat flour and splenda brown sugar. I think i would do that. Someone else suggested a little baking powder,salt, vanilla and crystallized ginger and raisins.
