Delicious on wraps or toasted buns, this healthy dish is a great alternative to regular burgers. The lentils and crumbs made from sprouted grain bread are full of fiber and vitamins/minerals. Even my husband enjoys these for a light lunch or dinner. Double or triple the recipe, freeze on wax paper, and enjoy lentil burgers for up to a month. (Adapted from a slightly more complicated recipe from Cooking Light)
