My mom gave me this recipe. She eats it daily. It is very tasty! I started losing weight after adding it to my regular diet. Sometimes I add hot sauce to spice it up a bit! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

This comes very close to "bread." The applesauce can be replaced with 1 1/2 C. canned pumpkin and 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg for pumpkin bread or 1 1/2 C. banana for banana nut bread.

This recipe can be adapted to a raw diet by using Nama Shoyu (not wheat-free) in place of the tamari, and by using raw tahini and vinegar, and leaving out the roaste sesame oil. It can also be made lower sodium with the use of a low-sodium tamari. Adjust the Stevia etract to taste.
