A feast of raw superfoods that blend perfectlty to create a fresh, crisp summer salad that's easily transportable to the office, the beach, etc. It can be prepared in advance and/or in batches and will keep easily in the fridge for days provided you don't add any of the leaves (Lettuce and spinach), any of the seasoning or the corn until you need it.
