Tastes like Peanut Butter and Banana mixed together. Make sure you blend it because this is a shake. The Polaris Shake is very extreme! It has a lot of calories so I recommend it to people trying to gain weight or trying to build more muscle. If you want you may add Whey Protein to the shake and increase the calories and protein. I've tried it myself and it was amazing. My eyes shot wide open when I took the first sip. This shake is about 1960 calories and a lot of protein so enjoy. Don't drink to fast.
