I've really been having trouble getting enough protein since I don't eat/crave a lot of meat...and I've started losing hair, and my dermatologist suggested it might be lack of protein...so I've been forcing myself to use protein powder, and I don't like to eat things unless they taste good...so I've been looking up recipes and experimenting, and this is one I came up with, and its REALLY good..and I don't even like coffee! I found this recipe online using chocolate Whey Powder as I was looking for a way to make my own Frap using instant coffee. I thought it was worth sharing for sure!! This is a great drink for Breakfast or an anytime for a pick-me up. Use a good protein powder- one with a good helping of protein. Try Orginal Flavor, Vanilla or Chocolate for a different taste.
