This dish is easy to prepare - mix all ingredients (and salt and/or pepper to taste) and marinate with chicken for 10 minutes up to 24 hours before (refrigerate if marinating more than 20 minutes). Konjac Noodles are just fiber, therefore they have no calories! Rinse in several changes of water, as they have a somewhat fishy odor out of package.
