Really good recipe that taste very like the restaurants but healthier. Very Easy! Nutrition information includes 1/2 cup cooked rice per serving. (Updated recipe to 1 tsp of Ginger vs 2).

I simmer my stew meat in the crock pot half the day, so this is really easy, when the meat is tender I transfer to a pan or wok and cook up the veggies! Super easy, no fuss dinner!

This is the best recipe. We love it. I usually leave out the bacon in the interest of calories and it is fine. Recipe and photo was originally on recipezaar.com by Nimz~. NOte: the sodium content looks really high, but you don't use the seasoning packet in the ramen noodles, so it is actually much lower than stated.

This is my favorite "go to" recipe! I got it when I was going to Weight Watchers, then I fine-tuned it to how I like it. Now it tastes just like you'd get in a restaurant! Be sure to measure the rice and chicken because it's tempting to "overdo it"!
