Cookbook creator says: First made 8/7/13 for lunch. Added 1 tsp. Turmeric, increased garlic to 5 cloves, reduced water to 2 cups. Could have increased water and added mushrooms and/or quinoa and tried different spices. Also omitted salt and used Mrs. Dash
