Adapted from the Biggest Loser 30-Day Jump Start Recipe for Italian Flank Steak with Tomatoes. The original recipe calls for flank steak and for 8 Roma tomatoes. I used round steak and eliminated the tomatoes because my family doesn't eat them.

With this dish you get a serving of fruit in every portion. Dice the orange if you prefer smaller pieces and--if you're feeling creative--use a vegetable peeler to create curls of orange zest.
