Mix the ingredients together (I used Bisquit). Add extra Bisquit to get the moisture balanced enough to be able to put it on a counter to make a log.

I took an old family favorite and converted it by using sugar free jello, diet coke and fat free cream cheese. I also reduced the amount of pecans, but chopping fine still spreads the nutty taste around.
