Delicious and easy to prepare - they are exactly as the name states. You can either do these in a frying pan on top of the stove or even more delicious is to brown the chops a bit first then put all ingredients into the slow cooker and let them cook all day. Delicious.

I put 7 servings because I usually get 7 palm-sized pieces from 1.5-2 lbs or pork tenderloin. Be sure to trim off visible fat from your cuts!
