These crepes are a delicious sweet version.

I prefer to top with berries, roll up like a burrito, dust with powdered sugar and serve for breakfasts or a quick snack, but the possibilities are endless. Great recipe to make for kids and allow them to personalize with their own toppings.

The recipe is easy to follow but crepes can be a bit tricky to cook at first; it is not an exact science and it can take some trial and error

These are low carb, low calorie breakfast muffins that I just love! You can do a meatless version with morningstar farms veggie sausage patties diced and added in place of ham.

Super awesome pancakes. Had to play with the recipe for a while but they are fluffy and cook evenly. Not too salty and the honey is a much better option than sugar. I would suggest blackberry honey if you can get some but clover works just as well.

Skip the drive-through and serve these instead. Split one open, pop in an egg cooked your way and even some shredded cheese.
