Good as a side dish or dessert, this salad made from fresh fruit is naturally low in fat, saturated fat, and sodium. Plus, it's cholesterol free.
This chili has some heat, but can be altered to not have heat. I created this recipe on the fly one day and it has been a smash hit with everyone who tried it. This chili has a nice blend of beans and tomatoes to balance it out. If made using the Desert Pepper XXX hot Habanero Pepper Sauce it will leave that burn so good feeling. For a not so spicy chili just omit the Desert Pepper. This recipe has room for adding ingredients or omitting ingredients. I usually season my ground beef as well. These burgers are spiced to perfection. To make them even spicier, you could melt jalapeno soy cheese on each patty and serve topped with salsa.
