Cookbook creator says: LOVE this recipe. Instructions are different than typical BM recipes, but followed exact except to add 3 tsp of vital wheat gluten. Makes a very soft, light, wonderful flavor bread. Good for sandwiches :)

This is a little different than the others. It makes 24 cupcakes with only 105 calories and 3g of fat. Not bad for a chocolate fix.
