This is my variation of Chef Meg's Chicken Marsala. I supstituted the fish for chicken, and used diced stewed tomatoes in place of the tomato juice and chicken stock. I also increased the mushrooms.

This is the Talapia version of JO_JO_BA's Mahi recipe.
