This makes up either in the oven or in a crock-pot (longer time here). A great one dish meal. You could season it up more if you wish, some suggestions are dry onion soup mix, tarragon, thyme, Mrs. Dash or any herb you prefer. Also, using fresh green beans is much better when you can get them.

I modified the label recipe by using brown rice and added veggies (I choose sweet peas and carrots but you can sub your own choice) - casserole is wonderful! I did not have Onion Powder - but I added a little paprika and ground pepper.

Wanted fresh Crab Meat but in a different way. I saw all these casseroles for tuna & everything. There was not enough veggies for me so I put this hope you enjoy. I have to cut my run a knife across the broccoli to make it smaller so everyone in my house will eat it.
