After reading some reviews pertaining to dryness of the chicken when done, I decided to change the recipe a bit to ensure moistness. I changed to 1 lb. chicken breast for less calories, then added 1 tbs. canola oil to sautee in a skillet. I sauteed the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side and it came out very moist and crispy.
