Cookbook creator says: I can't use the ramen seasoning packet because of its msg content, but I have some pho broth in a can (dry) that I'll use instead. This recipe is to remind me to add quick things such as shredded cabbage and shredded chicken to "up the ante" in an otherwise boring ramen soup!

Restaurant-style hot and sour soup, minus the sugar, corn starch and MSG. You can add whatever other vegetables you like (hot and sour soup usually has mushrooms but I don't like them). I usually add bean sprouts and brown rice and serve it as a complete meal.
