Cookbook creator says: Really good. I did what another comment had said, cooked the ham for 5 minutes and wound baking the eggs for 14 minutes (note: I'm at a 5,000+ altitude so things take a little longer to cook). I also omitted the chives and added in diced onion, mushrooms and yellow bell pepper.
