I got this from the Fix It and Forget It Lightly cookbook. It calls for any diet soda. I actually used Diet Dr. Pepper. I used Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce. Finally, I'm not an onion person, so I skipped them--and used minced onion instead. It was ABSOLUTELY delicious! The only hard part is eating JUST ONE SERVING!

This is a great low calorie portable lunch or dinner. On cold days I pop it into the school microwave for 15 seconds- which melts the parmesan and makes a nice warm treat! Add some jalapenos or pepper to spice it up!

Step aside, Manwich! You've got nothing on these babies! *I typically use brown sugar instead of regular sugar, and I buy as lean of beef as I can find. My fiance won't eat anyone else's Sloppy Joes after he tried these! Also, these are really large servings, you could easily cut this in half for a smaller portion with fewer calories...
