This is really good made with peaches or pears too. Choose which ever fruit is most abundant. Peaches in the summertime, apples and pears in the fall and winter.

A basic apple cobbler with a whole wheat biscuit like topping adding protien powder. Serve warm with a scoop of frozen vanilla yogurt.
This is also healthy enough to serve for breakfast. I like it with a little milk or yogurt on top sprinkled with nuts

This is an old southern recipe that resembles pecan pie, but is much cheaper to make. Some people like to add coconut with the oatmeal (about 1/2 cup should do) also good with 1/2 cup raisins added.

Makes 2 pie crusts. Calculate 2 servings if using in a double pie crust recipe like apple or blueberry pie. If you only need one, wrap the other half in plastic wrap and aluminum foil and freeze for later.

Vanilla Pudding
Very Good 4.4/5

I serve this sometimes with frozen strawberries, sometimes with chocolate syrup, and sometimes with pound cake. It can be used like a custard sauce if you like. I find it much easier to make than traditional custard, which is usually thickened only with egg yolks.

*** The secret to this healthy and yummy cheesecake is 'Greek Yogurt' (Chobani, Fage, Oikos)! If you can't find it, use sour cream instead of regular plain yogurt.

No Bake Graham Cracker Cheesycake
Very Good 4.6/5

This is a delicious, light, refreshing dessert. It's low cal and sugar and can be made with the lite pie filling in any flavor. Note that this needs to be made the night before to soften the graham crackers.

Chia seeds are incredible tiny little seeds that contain all nine essential amino acids, 3 times more iron than spinach and 5 times more calcium than milk. They’re high in fiber (which aids in weight loss and digestive repair) plus they give you lots of energy. Here’s a delicious and healthy chia recipe you can make for breakfast or a mid day snack.
