I did this version my 6 qt crockpot, mostly just to let it cook all day. My family likes stuff hot, like SUPER hot, so I use a beef sausage with jalapenos in it, and I sub one can of diced tomatoes for two smaller cans of rotel tomatoes with green chiles in it.
