Two weeks into the diet, I started craving something starchy so I started experimenting with radishes. Radish has the texture similar to jicama. Although this dish only uses 5-6 radishes, it is very filling, and curbs the craving for a "potato'ey" texture and taste, while being extremely low in carbs.Submitted by FLASHIN2001
