HCG Diet Vegetarian Recipes

This is a collection of my favourite Vegetarian recipes suitable for the Hcg diet. Ther are eggs & dairy in some. Thanks to those that have generously shared. Cookbook creator says: Yuuuuuummy, but only if you've chosen to allow coconut oil in your phase 2 or 3 meal plan. Not for those opting to go by the book. New research is available supporting the use of coconut oil (sparingly) but you'll need to decide that for yourself. Some agree and some do not.

Cookbook creator says: Substitute chicken broth for vegetable. Maybe use veggie boullion or water from steamed veggies with herbs and seasonings. Marmite and similar spreads also make a good base depending on your taste.

Cookbook creator says: Substitute beef broth for veggie broth or vegetable boullion. Pump it up with extra herbs amd spices.

Cookbook creator says: Looks good but doesnt state how much coconut oil. Im guessing very little as the overall quantity isnt much. Probably no more than a tsp & to grease the mug. The minimal oil should be fine for everyone on p2 or 3. There is also positive feedback for "clean" fats in p2 but dont go crazy with it. :)

Cookbook creator says: Phase 3 as is. Non Vegan. Contain egg and margarine or butter. Looks pretty yummy to me but sourcing that sugar free choc syrup might be hard. Will see.
