Use to stuff peppers or zucchini or just to eat. It's very versatile - use whatever you have in whatever quantities you have. Half chorizo, half hamburger is good; reduce the spices. You can use taco seasoning instead of individual spices if you prefer. Green peppers work just as well as the red and yellow peppers, and may be cheaper.
