quick chocolate syrup for one

make it for a topping and use immediately. The times estimate 1 min. for measuring and the other 4 Min's. to stir it. Approximately. It lasts long enough to make it and then serve it with whatever. It is not intended as a sauce to put aside for later.

For when you're REALLY craving something fresh-baked and sweet, but know you don't have the will power to leave the rest of the batch alone. Makes one decent-sized cookie.

Cup o' Cobbler for One
Incredible! 5.0/5

This is a cake-type cobbler. You can use any fruit, fresh or frozen. My favorites are peaches, berries, and-- on the rare occasions when I can find them-- sour cherries.

Vegan Single Serving Protein Brownie*
Good 3.3/5
(3 ratings)

A single serving = less temptation! Really good sized brownie with no added fat or refined sugars. Cook in your toaster oven and have dessert in less than 30 min. :D

You can nix the protein powder and just add another tbs of flour, too. The brownie/cake thingie is softer and more fudgy with the protein powder. It stays sort of creamy and moist in the middle - more like flourless cakes. The version without the protein is more a dense brownie with a normal crumb.

Mini Sweet Potato Tarts
Very Good 4.3/5

Try these light and low-fat personal pies for dessert during the fall. They're a great substitute for pumpkin pie or sweet potato casserole.

Mini Apple Tarts
Very Good 4.3/5

Instead of a whole pie, try making bite-size tarts. The diminutive desserts cook quicker and are automatically portion controlled. Plus, they're easier to make for a crowd, and there's no need for a fork and plate.
